The U.S. Open is upon us ! It is certainly exciting to see a major sporting event come to our very own Merion Golf Club. However, with all the excitement and an influx of spectators for the sport, Haverford Township has issued a notice to it's residents about road closures that will effect local traffic patterns. I felt that I would let all of my Facebook followers know of the closures in case you do not live in Havertown but are coming out to see the tournament or travel through the area.

Mark your calendars:
The Merion Golf Club will be hosting the U.S. Open from June 10 - June 16th
From June 9th to June 16th the following roads will be closed:

Some have navigated the waters without representation of an agent and have survived, but many do not succeed. Many times, a real estate agent has had to come in to the process to clean things up. Here are 10 reasons why you might want to consider hiring a professional real estate agent.
