When buying a home, communication with your REALTOR® is key. I’m an easy-going guy, and yet, it makes me crazy when I hear a home buyer or seller say they can’t get in touch with their agent. No matter what price range you’re looking in, I give you all of my effort in finding the home that’s right for you. I love guiding my clients through the process, and I pride myself on making sure it’s a good experience. I want you to feel good and be excited about the home you find. For me, that’s the best part of being in real estate.
So, what does that have to do with communication? When you have me as you buyer’s agent, you WILL be able to reach me. Whether by phone, email or texting, I’m always connected. And this includes evenings and weekends.
Also, as your buyer’s agent, I promise to protect your interests from the moment you first enter a home all the way through the price and inspection negotiations to the closing table. Further, while I want you to find a great house, I will always give you my professional opinion on the condition of the home. This is not to pull you away from a house, but to make sure it’s an honest experience for you so that when you move in, you’ll be truly satisfied with your purchase.
It wasn’t too many years ago that my wife, Lauren, and I bought our first home. I remember well the challenges we faced.
