About 12 years ago, I was scanning through the day’s list of new homes on the market when I came across a beautiful home at a terrific price. I began to get excited. I read through the description, clicked through the pictures, read through the description again, and just stared at the price. My mind began to race. I kept asking myself, “How could this be? A home in this neighborhood, at that price, with those features?! I have to see this house!”
I proceeded to grab my phone and call my wife to tell her about the perfect house, a story she had heard at least 5 times before. We certainly weren’t ready to move, not to mention that my wife was 6 months pregnant with our second girl. We discussed the possibilities and decided to walk through the house the next day. Of course, we fell in love with the house. Within an hour of our showing, I drew up the paperwork and had the offer in the selling agent’s hands. The next morning, we had outbid the competition and worked the deal in our favor. What an awesome feeling!
This is what I love about real estate. It’s exciting, it's emotional, and it's life-changing. I like to keep this story in mind whenever I work with my clients.

Buying and selling a house is about your needs and that is where I dedicate my focus. When I list a home, I develop a custom marketing plan using the latest technologies to make sure the home will attract the best and highest price. When I show homes, I research the homes being shown and use my expertise and experience to provide my clients with an honest assessment of each home's condition and value. I take the time to place myself in your shoes so that when we shake hands at the settlement table, you can't help but smile.
Please enjoy my Web site and be sure to check out all of its incredible features. Search every listed home in Southeastern Pennsylvania, check out all the local information and call, email or text when you're ready to get started. I look forward to working with you.
As a Director on the Board of Suburban West Realtors Association, I recently was elected the 2010 Chairman Elect and 2011 Chairman. As I prepared for my presentation to the Board, I decided to ask both of my daughters for their support!
The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company ... a church ... a home.
The remarkable thing is that we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past...we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable.
The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.
I am convinced that life is 10 percent what happens to us and 90 percent how we react to it. And so it is with you. We are in charge of our attitudes!
